Delfim Bowl was blown at Pilchuck with the assistance of Doug Ohm and Randy Dalby.  The dolphins were created ahead of the glass blowing on a small shard.  It was then picked up hot and incorporated into the work.  When the glass was then reheated and blown, the dolphins expanded and changed shape, creating an organic character to the piece.  Finally, the piece was placed in one final reheat and spun when removed from the glory hole, creating a bowl with a wide plate lip.
