Toothed Wood Fern ?

Toothed wood fern? Dryopteris carthusiania
There are a number of ferns at the Tree Garden that can be easily confused with each other. This fern looks like a small Spiny Wood Fern
but stays evergreen. This specimen was provided by Fancy Fronds Gardens, and there may be others naturally occuring around the site.
The stalks are rough and without leaves at the bottom 1/3 similar to the spiny wood fern.
