These plants were given to me by Waterfall Gardens Nature Preserve in 2001. I have not formally typed out the species. These plants are growing on the sun side of a 10' diameter pond and have aggressively filled up the site. They have grown along a path and through the bricks quite a ways away from the water in partial to full shade. The chorus frogs climb the leaves when first emerging from tadpole stage, and the res legged frogs make the border their haunt for the water striders. We have also introduced them to a seep near the estuary where they are growing well amongst the horsetail.
